So I found this book for Valentine's Day: Loving the Love of Your Life, by Mark Gilroy. It's a small book that you "flip" to the "His" or "Hers" side. (No peeking on the other side!) Each short chapter is about a way to show your love to your spouse, with creative "homework" ideas. It's great! One chapter told Daniel to surprise me with flowers. Now, understand, I've gotten flowers probably three or four times in 6 1/2 years of marriage. Now he's on a roll! I've gotten flowers twice in the last three weeks!
Aren't they beautiful?
I put them in a vase that was a wedding gift, added some ivy for fullness, and put it on an antique doily. I see them every time I pass through my kitchen, and I'm reminded of what a wonderful man God has given me!
