Breakfast: Salt pork, coffee, and egg casserole.(I cheated on the casserole; made it at home with my Gooseberry Patch cookbook, froze it, then put it back in the dutch oven!)

The campfire pictures from Saturday morning almost make it look like there was a dry spell that weekend. Isn't it funny how bad a picture can lie.
Love the campfire pic! Reminds me of my parents... They go horse camping all summer and cook out of cast iron (and Gooseberry Patch) the whole time ;)!
