Get along, little doggies...

Oops, the cows got out! Gotta' work on that fence!
We tried herding our two back into their pasture, but they were less than interested. Cows can move pretty fast, really. I helped with the attempt. You shoulda' seen me, waving my arms at a frantic, running steer...
So the neighbor says, "Just let them all go into your pasture, then I'll call mine back." Hmm, his listen better.
Bye, cows! (And donkey!)

We'd better work some more on that fence. Let's go this way...

Or not! (And they say women change their minds!)

An unhappy bull & steer, back in their own pasture.
"Can anybody find meeeeee, somebody to love?"

Well, you poor thing, even with a broken toe, you had to go out and hustle cattle? I am just in disbelief that you could be treated that way after the pain you described on facebook:).
And you are so right, cows can move a lot faster than they look like they can, I remember helping my Granddaddy when I was little or I thought I was helping at least:).
Glad to know they are back where they belong, and now you deserve 2 slushies I think!:)

Lol! Reminds me of my childhood... we had a cow or two... or twenty out a time or two :)

Ms. Sarah, these pictures are older, pre-broken toe! It was actually the morning of Krista's shower. I was in the middle of washing the crystal punch bowl when Dad called. Variety, huh?! But I'm always open for a slushie... ;-)
