The Queen and the Parrot

Jerrel & Dailey wrote a play: "The Queen and the Parrot." We gathered props & costumes. The kids made playbills, invitations & a poster. We popped popcorn, collected tickets & ushered our guests to their seats with flashlights.
We lost a thespian when he saw the audience's popcorn!

He joined us for a few scenes, even though he'd missed "rehearsal."

The angry queen, befuddled fairy, and wandering parrot- Scene 1
(Monkey still munching popcorn at this point...)

Oops, I turned everyone into frogs!
(Shakespeare has nothin' on us!)

Taking our bows. Patrick caught on a little late, but got into the act, dumping all of his popcorn! He didn't stop bowing for the next 5 or 10 minutes! Encore!

I am sure the performance deserved many bows and Patrick just wanted to do his part then:).
Besides, who can pass up fresh popcorn and a loving lap?:)

The script! I wanna see the script!!
Who wrote it?
I adore your sparkly costume and fairy slippers.
Would your wand make my kitchen re-do go faster?
Can I borrow it?
You and your family is so cute!
Hugs and blessings to you!
